The attorneys at our firm are not office lawyers. We are in the courtroom every day taking care of clients. In our criminal law practice, we handle misdemeanor and felony charges in state and federal courts. We have extensive experience defending clients in Arizona and New Mexico charged with DUI/DWI, drug charges, sex crimes and violent crimes.
In our family law practice, we handle divorce, child custody disputes, visitation disputes, property division and spousal maintenance claims. Our trial experience is vital to the resolution of highly contested family disputes that may require the necessity of trial. Although many family law disputes are resolved by mutual agreement between the parties, it is always a relief to know that you have experienced trial lawyers on your side if trial becomes a necessity.
